MDF: 10mm MDF on both sides (Laminoks)

WICK/SEAL/RUBBER: Both the leaf and the frame is fully covered.
LOCK SYSTEM: Triple block Lock System (3 Locks) + Security Lock
HINGES: 3 pieces of hinges are used.
INSULATION: Inside of the panel is fulfilled with TERRAWOOL 70mm (40kg/m3) Rockwool
SAFETY PIN: 3 pieces of safety pins are used.
POWDER COATING: Powder coating is applied electrostatically both on frame and leaf, which are then cured under heat within our special ovens at 220°C for 20 minutes.
